1. ABOUT ARANPANI TRUST
Aranpani Trust is a charitable, spiritual, and non-profit organization dedicated to the renovation, preservation, restoration, maintenance, and support of ancient Shiva temples and associated dharmic heritage sites across India.
The Trust undertakes activities including but not limited to:
Temple renovation and kumbabishekam support,
Preservation of spiritual heritage and traditional architecture,
Daily poojas and temple maintenance assistance,
Spiritual awareness initiatives,
Community and dharmic welfare activities,
Publication and distribution of religious materials,
Support for temple-based charitable activities.
The Trust functions through donations and contributions voluntarily made by devotees, supporters, and well-wishers.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our platform, you expressly confirm and agree that:
You are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws;
The information provided by you is accurate and complete;
You shall comply with all applicable laws while using our services;
Your use of the platform shall be lawful, ethical, and respectful of the Trust’s objectives and values.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aranpani Trust.
3. DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS
3.1 Nature of Donations
All donations made to Aranpani Trust are voluntary charitable contributions intended to support the objectives and activities of the Trust.
By making a donation, the donor acknowledges that:
The contribution is made voluntarily;
The donation does not create any ownership, partnership, or financial entitlement;
Donations may be used based on the operational priorities of the Trust.
3.2 Utilization of Donations
Funds received by the Trust may be utilized for purposes including:
Renovation and restoration of ancient Shiva temples;
Structural repairs and preservation works;Temple maintenance and upkeep;
Religious ceremonies and poojas;
Administrative and operational expenses;
Community welfare and dharmic initiatives;
Technology, website, and mobile application maintenance;
Volunteer and outreach activities.
The Trust reserves the right to allocate donations based on practical requirements and organizational priorities.
3.3 Donation Receipts
Upon successful processing of a donation, the Trust may issue a digital receipt or acknowledgement through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other electronic communication methods.
Issuance of receipts may be subject to:
Availability of accurate donor information;
Successful confirmation from payment gateways or banking systems.
3.4 Recurring Donations and AutoPay
The Trust may offer recurring donation facilities including UPI AutoPay, subscription-based contributions, or scheduled donations.
Users enrolling in such services:
Authorize periodic deductions as selected by them;
May discontinue future payments through their payment provider or by contacting the Trust;
Understand that cancellation shall not affect already processed transactions.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users of the platform agree:
Not to misuse the platform or its services;
Not to attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, databases, or user information;
Not to upload, distribute, or transmit malicious software or harmful content;
Not to use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes;

Trust name

Temple photographs
Videos
Graphics
Designs
Documents
Audio content

are the exclusive intellectual property of Aranpani Trust or are used with appropriate permissions.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from the Trust.
Unauthorized usage may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.
