REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Aranpani Trust values the generous support of devotees and donors.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Donations made to Aranpani Trust are voluntary charitable contributions intended for spiritual, religious, and renovation activities.

As charitable donations are utilized for ongoing projects and operations, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transaction

  • Incorrect amount debited due to technical error

  • Unauthorized transaction reported promptly

3. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

To request a refund, donors must contact the Trust within 3 days of the transaction date and provide:

  • Donor name

  • Transaction ID

  • Payment receipt

  • Reason for refund request

4. REFUND APPROVAL

All refund requests shall be subject to verification and approval by the Trust management.

The decision of the Trust regarding refund eligibility shall be final.

5. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds may require 7–14 business days to reflect in the original payment source, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

6. RECURRING DONATIONS

Users enrolled in recurring or auto-pay donations may discontinue future payments through:

  • Their payment provider

  • UPI AutoPay settings

  • Contacting the Trust directly

Cancellation of future recurring donations shall not affect previously processed donations.
